After a summer full of S’mores, hot dogs and cocktails (for the adults only of course), it’s time to head into fall and get back into a healthy routine. Every day I pack a healthy lunch for Evan. I would like to say that I pack the same for myself but…..I would be lying.
I’m leaving in a few days for a mini vacation and a work conference. There’s not much I can do while living out of a hotel but as soon as I arrive home, I will be making a conscious effort to get back in a healthy routine including packing my lunch and going to the gym!

Favourite product is anything creamy and vanilla!
Favorite yogurt product is deinfately the tubes. The kids love them and I love them frozen for them as a healthy frozen treat. Also quck and easily transportable protein snack when we are on the run somewhere.

We are huge Minigo and Tubes fans in our house. Well the kids are, my yogurt choice us just vanilla – but i really think I should start eating frozen yogurt tubes – way more fun!
