Honey Garlic Meatballs

Honey Garlic Meatballs

Since our new nanny started, I haven’t been cooking much during the week. Believe me when I say that I am NOT complaining about that. It makes the evenings much more “chill” when I don’t have to rush home to cook dinner. However, I do miss cooking. So….that means that I try to make sure and cook on the weekends. When I asked Dewey what he wanted for dinner, he said “how about spaghetti…or maybe chili?” I know he tried but I am SICK of both of those because we have them so much! So off to allrecipes.com I went to find a recipe I could “fix”. What I found were these delightful honey & garlic meatballs that the whole family raved about when served with mashed potatoes and veggies. These will definitely be back in rotation ASAP.
